Vor fi minim doi membri care vor avea ca sarcina sa analizeze logurile in fiecare luna.
Conform acestor reguli veti fi punctati sau depunctati.

- Daca un membru da un raspuns complet si fara greseli atunci va primi 1 punct

- Daca un membru ajuta un client cu o comanda de eggdrop atunci va primi 1 punct

- Daca un membru da dovada de diplomatie fata de un client atunci va primi 1,5 punct

- Daca cineva s-a bagat peste altcineva in timpul helpului -1 punct

- Daca un membru depaseste timpul maxim acordat pentru ajutarea unui client de 5 minute atunci va fi depunctat cu 1 puncte (asta se va vedea din loguri)

- Daca un membru foloseste /ame sau /me pe canalul principal sau scrie pe canal cand nu ajuta atunci va fi depunctat cu 1 puncte

- Daca un membru nu respecta un client, oricat de putin ar sti acesta, si nu-l va ajuta atunci va fi depunctat cu 2 puncte

- Daca un membru da un raspuns incomplet sau gresit va fi depunctat cu 2 punct

Fiecare Ajutor sau informatie oferita unui user este punctat cu 1 punct

Aceste puncte se vor aduna in functie activitatea fiecarui membru, conform regulilor de mai sus.

Punctele au o mare contributie la promovarea membrului in flag .

Un membru cu +150 puncte va da un test si va trece automat la flagul de +n ( owner )

Un membru care are +100 puncte va trece automat la flagul +m ( master GLOBAL ).

Un membru care va avea -100 puncte va fi retrogradat automat un flagul (ex: +m la +v global, daca esti +v deja nu conteaza punctele raman si greu vei putea fi promovat )

Analiza logurilor se va face de 2 ori pe luna la jumatatea acesteia.

DATA intre 2-3.06.2008 REZULTATE ANALIZA LOG - 15 - 28,30,31 mai ( exemplu : 15 - 28 mai 2008 ) ( dar depinde cate zile are luna respectiva )

Afisarea punctajelor se va face intre data de 1 - 4 a luni urmatoare !!!

Nota: Cine nu se va inscrie la nici-un proiect va fi redirectionat spre help project.

There will be at least two members who will have to analyse the logs each month.
After these rules you will receive or lose a number of points.

- If a member gives a complete and flawless answer to an user then he will receive 1 point

- If a member helps an users with an eggdrop command then he will receive 1 point

- If a member shows diplomacy to an user while he's assisting him then he will receive 1.5 points;

- If a member surpasses the maximum time allowed to help an user then he will lose 1 point (it will be seen in the logs);

- If a member uses /me on the channel or writes while he is not helping then he will lose 1 point;

- If a member steps in while another one is helping then he will lose 2 points;

- If a member of #P&P will not respect or won't help a customer while he is asking for assistance then he will lose 2 points;

- If a member gives an incomplete or a wrong answer then he will lose 2 points.

The points have a big contribution in promoting or demoting a helper.

A member that has over +250 points will take a test to become a +n member (global owner)

A member that has over +100 points will be promoted to a +m member (global master)

A member that has -100 or under will be demoted (e.g.: from +m to +fgv globally, if he is already a +fgv globally member then he will remain with the same flag but he will have to work harder to be promoted because the points will remain.)

The log analyses will be done twice a month (at the half of the month)
The scores will be posted between the 1st and 4th day of the next month!
